Learning methods

NVC, in Polish, Nonviolent Communication, was defined by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. The basis is such a way of communication that builds contact, respect and mutual understanding as well as the ability to reach one's own and others' needs, especially in difficult or conflict situations. The essence of Nonviolent Communication, also known as the "language of the heart", is empathy, contact with yourself and the other person.

The project method enables children to explore the world by acting, experiencing, discovering, experiencing and discussing. The aim is to create an authentic, stimulus-rich educational environment for children, in which they will be able to realize their potential and develop their talents to the best of their abilities and needs.

Selected elements of the Maria Monstesoria method, children gain knowledge, competences, skills and experience through their own spontaneous activity, get to know the world

and they learn it through all five senses, not just by listening, watching or reading.

If this is not a place where tears are understood,

Where do I go to cry?

If this is not a place where my spirits can take wing,

Where do I go to fly?

If this is not a place where my questions can be asked,

Where do I go to seek?

If this is not a place where my feelings can be heard,

Where do I go to speak?

If this is not a place where you’ll accept me as I am,

Where can I go to be?

If this is not a place where I can try to learn and grow,

Where can I be just me?
